Why is this woman screaming?? Because she's looking for a home to buy in the KC Metro and there's just not enough inventory. With only 2 months of inventory (meaning if no one else list their house for 2 months we would sell out of everything on the market. A healthy market is 5-6 months.) she can't find anything worth buying, or when she does find something there are already multiple offers and it's a bidding war. It's pretty frustrating out there for buyers right now, BUT if you have a home to sell now might be the best time to get the absolute most money for your house.
